New Year - New Me

This year is a big one. 2021.

This year I have structured my goals according to the following plan. If you haven’t done something similar already, I highly recommend it.

Step One ๐Ÿ”—︎

Pick 3 goals.

My three goals for this year are

  1. Read 60 Books
  2. Bench Press 100kg
  3. Earn money online

Step Two ๐Ÿ”—︎

Outline the 2/3 biggest things you can do to achieve those goals

Read 60 Books

  1. Listen to audiobooks in the car and during commutes
  2. Read 25 minutes every day

Bench Press 100kg

  1. Gym regularly (4/5 times per week)
  2. Track workouts
  3. Track Diet (myfitnesspal or similar)

Earn money online

  1. create something every day (~1 hour)
  2. Publish the things that I create

Create a day plan for how you will use your time to achieve those goals.

Gonna leave this out here, but as I’ll be starting full-time work I now have much more stability in my schedule and this should make routines easier to create.
