Sunrise Alarm Clocks

You know that feeling.

Your alarm goes off. You feel sluggish as you reach to stop that annoying sound.

It’s another poor start to the day.

The reality is that simple alarm clocks suck at waking you up.

A much better alternative is waking up to the sunrise.

Your body slowly wakes up, and instead of feeling sluggish and annoyed when you wake up, you feel refreshed and ready to go.

This is what has happened to me since I started using a sunrise alarm clock.

My body gets to wake up over a 30 minute period rather than a 5 second one.

The alarm clock shines light into my eyes that slowly gets brighter as the time gets closer to my alarm.

The clock then releases a gentle alarm noise at my dedicated time.

These clocks are something that has made my mornings much better, and made myself feel much better when I wake up.
